GTX 960..... Shall I BUY IT AS AN UPGRADE with my current processor fx 6300(no overclock)

Hey guys I am planning to upgrade my gpu from gtx 750ti to gtx 960..I just want to know will this gpu be good enough for my system..
My current specs
FX 6300
ASUS M5A78L -M/USB3 MOTHERBOARD
G.SKILL ARRES(2x4) GB RAM
MSI GTX 750ti 2 gb(which I plan to change)
2 x WD CARVIAR GREEN 1TB
1 TRANSCEND HDD
CORSAIR VS450 WATT PSU
CIRCLE CC821 CABINET

That 446 is the bare minimum you need to have to run that system on day 1 stock. You're already talking about Overclocking the CPU which will raise the power usage. Also the components will start to need slightly more power to run and the PSU will start putting out slightly less. Spend the $20-30 more and get a good quality PSU that has a little room to expand. I'm running that CPU stock with Turbo turned off and an R7 370 on an EVGA 600B, not the greatest PSU but sufficient for what I'm looking for.

Thnx can u also tell a good aftermarket cooler for overclocking my cpu
