Should I raise the voltage?

I'm running a 4690k @ 4.5GHz (1.3V), using a Hyper 212 Evo. When using the Furmark CPU burner, HWMonitor reports temps of up to 70 C. But when running Prime95 (26.6) the temps go to around 65 C. Should I raise the CPU voltage more, or is this about as hot as I should get?

Solution
I wouldn't go much higher at all. Isn't 1.35V like the absolute max for air cooling that cpu (If you can keep it cool enough).

I play on the conservative side, I try to use as low voltage as possible (starting lower than stock) and slowly increase my overclock. When it starts to take a lot more voltage to get a small increase in performance, I call it good. I don't like to overstress my builds as I'd like them to last...

1.3 volts is about as high as you want to really go and your temps are safe maximum temps. Stress tests imo don't tell you real world usage but test stability.
