Can I copy the data on my old SSD to a new SSD?

I am thinking about upgrading my SSD from being a 128gb Sandisk to a 1tb 850 EVO. Everything seemed to be fine and I was close to buying the SSD when I realized that I would have to reinstall Windows and would lose all of my documents. That was rather unappealing to me. My question is, since I am upgrading to a bigger drive, would it be possible to completely clone the data on the old SSD onto the new SSD without causing any issues? I have a lot of programs installed on my 2tb HDD, so will cloning the SSD damage my registry?

PS: I originally bought my computer from CyberPower PC and have since lost the OS recovery disk. If something goes wrong and I need to start with a blank SSD again, will the Windows 10 installer on my flash drive accept my OEM key and install without a hitch?
