I have a new build pc and it won't boot.
I stripped everyting.(reset the CMOS) Only starting with cpu, motherboard and 1 memory strip. (The monitor is on the hdmi).
When i start the pc i'm getting some diffentent qr codes and at the end 62 - 99 - 64 - 99 and the boot led is burning constantly.
I connected a keyboard and the numlock light is burning normal, also i can normaly switch on and off the numlock.
can some help me with this problem? Is there someting broken?
