I am doing a 3 monitor setup and I currently have a 650 watt power supply. I know that I will have to upgrade my power supply but I really don't know what watt exactly. 750? 850? 1000? My setup is a i5 4690k OC'd to 4.5Ghz, 4 GB Kingston Ram, Currently one r9 290 tri-x. I also have aaftermarket fan and 5 PC fans if It matters.

+1 for the 1000w although 850w might be a squeeze. Your card will draw upwards of 250w at full load so you'd be pulling > 450 - 500w on the cards alone. That plus an OC'd CPU which will pull > 150w means you want to be on safe ground with some spare overhead so as not to be stressing your PSU on an ongoing basis.
