Can anyone help me fix desktop.ini ASAP?

I have a lenovo G50-70 and today i just got a trojan virus from downloading a program. I then downloaded malware bytes to get rid of this trojan and worked successfully. but when it restarted some stuff thaat came with the laptop which was just the lenovo apps had gone as they were seen as a problem and then a desktop.ini file has appeared on my laptop. can anyone help me fix this? Thank You in advance!

Desktop.ini is normally a hidden system file. It tells the system what kind of folder it is and tends to be in your default folders like Desktop/documents/pictures/ect as well as what Icon to use.

Did you turn off hidden files and hide protected OS files when cleaning up the system?

Please check in explorer View -> Options -> Change Folder and Search Options -> View to make sure that hide protected operating system files is check.
