I have been wanting to build a pc for a while now and my budget is around $1500. I was just wondering what is the best build for this budget. it doesn't have to be fancy, I just want to be able to run the latest games on high settings with at least 60 fps. Is this possible? Thank you in advanced.

Solution
Skylake i5 with a good board paired with a GTX 980 Ti allowing you to get good frames even at 4K resolution. 16GB is more than enough for games and SSD+HDD combo is very useful. The P2 power supply is high quality unit and has enough wattage even for future SLI if you plan to do it. If you don't, just grab 650W G2 power supply.
