so what i did:
My HDD was ending its lifetime(dying).
so i bought a SSD.
i reinstalled windows to my new SSD.

but when i select my the boot option to the SSD, it says something like: unknown filesystem, entering grup-rescue.

but when i select to boot the old HDD everything starts like normal.

Solution
I would highly recommend removing the hard drive when installing to the SSD. Windows has this habit of using existing boot loaders and the hard drive will already have one. Without the hard drive windows will ensure all required partitions on the SSD are created.

You can connect the SSD later to get files off if required.

Did you partition your SSD? Not sure if you actually need to do that for an SSD, or if you're suppposed too, but every time I install a new hard drive I have to partition it. Try googling "partitioning SSD" and see what comes up, I wouldn't be surprised if that solved your problem.
