ROCCAT Kova+ Software not working

My ROCCAT Kova+ Software isn't working, none of the settings I change seem to affect the mouse. Changing the lighting, DPI, sensitivity or even trying to factory reset the mouse doesn't work. I've tried running as admin but it still doesn't seem to do anything

Thank you! I don't know why I didn't think of trying it, but a total uninstall of all the files then reinstalling them worked.
