This issue has only happened after I formatted my PC, I bought it April last year off of http://www.ibuypower.com/. I recently just unparked my CPU's after it kept crashing, I've updated all my drivers, and even removed useless things. I've tried everything. My PC didn't do this before I reformatted it and I can load from a backup - because I'm stupid and deleted it
