Slow Internet Speeds On PC, But Not Any Other Device

Hey guys, I've asked this question before but the problem has now gotten worse. The internet on my PC is a LOT slower than any other device.

At the minute my PC is getting about 0.5Mbps Download and about 3Mbps Upload, regardless of whether i use wired, or wireless. I have used 3 different cat6 cables, 2 different Ethernet to mains adapters, and 3 different WiFi adapters, (one is a Belkin USB WiFi, and 2 different TP-Link WiFi cards with aerials). Every instance of testing found the same results, download fluctuates between 0.5Mbps and 2Mbps and wired between 0.5Mbps and 1Mbps. Upload speeds stay consistent but i don't have any upload heavy tasks.

My speeds have always been slower than advertised on my computer, but never this bad. I recently changed my WiFi from BT Infinity2 to regular infinity simply because i was getting no where near their 92Mbps estimated speeds, (I was getting about 13Mbps) and BT Infinity was half the price for 37Mbps.

The part that bothers me is that my phone, my wifes phone, our tablet, and her laptop, all get between 35Mbps and 37Mbps, whether wireless or wired.

Do any of you know what could be causing the issue? Thanks

Hey buddy, thanks for your quick response, i figured it was a faulty port, so i tried a mixture of pci cards, and usb wifi adapters, in several different slots, none seemed to better the problem. As for drivers, i have literally just upgraded to windows 10 today, and all drivers are the most current :/ sorry dude

I've heard of a lot of people complain about AMD Quick stream causing the same problems you are having, might be worth checking out if there is an Nvidia equivalent since I noticed you are running a 680.

Did some research on your problem and most people just seem to have a virus, guessing you already ran a virus scan. You could check out these http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/internet-speed-painfully-slow-other-computers-in-house-are-much-faster.175505/

Beyond Names: Thank you for your research, but ive ran avg, malware bytes, and advanced system care malware fighter :/

Long__T123: i will keep it in mind, but it was also doing it on windows 8.1 before i ran a clean install of windows 10, so i dont think its the operating system. However as i said, i will keep it in mind.
