Hello
I've been wanting to upgrade my laptops RAM for a while, but I am still not sure what kind would be totally compatible.
The laptop model is an asus x550lb. The user manual is clueless and so were tech support so I did a bit of research.
On asus website i got the following: DDR3L 1600 MHz SDRAM
I also ran a scan from Crucial and got the same result but including the 1866 Mhz voltage.
These are my options at the moment:

http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/KVR16LS11_8.pdf
http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX316LS9IB_8.pdf
All of them are 1600 mhz but also exist in 1866 Mhz versions.
This is my first buying any kind of RAM so any advice would be helpful, brand wise and also performance wise.
Thanks :)

If you want to guarantee comparability, remove the existing RAM and get a matching set of new RAM. I'd stick with 1600 speed, likely the 1866 will work but I'm guessing the motherboard and CPU will just run it at the slower speed anyway.
