Need help picking a gaming laptop

Hello,
I need help deciding between two laptops. The Asus does have better specs but is it worth the $200 more? am I going to notice much of a difference when gaming on gw2, world of tanks, or warships? Also the Dell has a SSD. Can some one please explain the price difference and which one I should buy?

Dell Inspiron i7559-763BLK

Also, I'm well aware I can get a better desktop but I specifically want a laptop so no need to point that out.

They both have the same gpu, so the gaming performance will be the same(and there is certainly no cpu bottleneck in either). So really the $200 price difference is due to other things that don't relate to gaming performance. If you are looking for a good deal, I would go with the inspiron. but you decide which suits you.
