Not Getting BIOS Screen on New Build

Whenever I try and Boot my new PC I can't get to the BIOS menu. The screen displays nothing and I get Q-Code 99.

Motherboard: ASUS Impact VIII MICRO ATX

CPU: Intel i7 6700k LGA 1151

CPU Cooler: Cool Master Geminii M4

RAM: Crucial Ballistic DDR4

GPU: Geforce GTX 980Ti

A BIOS update may not be out yet. Read the manual look for ASUS USB BIOS flashback

You have to download and probably rename the BIOS update and put it a certain USB port for it to work

You do not need to update the BIOS.
A Q-99 code is pretty much a failure code saying your motherboard is dead in some regards, either loose connections or actually dead. Recheck or your connections such as your CPU, PCIe connections, ram slots, HD cables, and PSU connectors to the motherboard. Make sure all the cables are flush and fully inserted.
