I have an i3 540 with ga h55m s2 mobo I'm planning to upgrade it with a Asus Strix GeForce GTX960-DC20C-2GD5- Graphic card , Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 Memory Kit ,
Corsair VS Series VS550 - 550 Watt SMPS. So my question is how much fps will i get in games like GTA V,Assassin's Creed Syndiacte, Black Ops 3 on high settings.(I already have a 2gb memory stick which means 10gb ram)

^yes, but its still dual core. There have been quite a few issues with people not being able to load things like Far Cry with anything less than a true 4 core. I have no first hand experience, just seems pointless going less than i5 now if you are really going to be bothered about playing new AAA games in the next couple of years.

i'm a bodybuilder so i have to pay for my protein(from my pocket money) but i'll upgrade my cpu later but is this build just fine for medium-highish games and 45fps? I've seen people on youtube with this cpu and a GTX 760 running high far cry4,Fallout 4 and still getting decent fps like 30-45
