Right click on "my computer" and click on "manage" now the top left click on device manager and check for yellow exclamation marks to see which usb is faulty. One usb connection might be faulty and needs replacing, unplug all and boot and test and then after awhile insert one at a time and test, but device manager should point out quickly which one. Update all motherboard drivers.

Other things to try:

1. Update graphics card drivers, check if bios needs updating, bios updates are dangerous only do if you certain.
2. If still faulty try switching to another graphics card and test.
3. In command prompt while running as administrator type "sfc /scannow" without quotations to check for windows errors and fix.
4. Check ram, clean...

Also update windows usd drivers via microsoft, google it, im not sure if i can post links outside of tomshardware yet. I tried google, a graphics failure for one person such a bsod while for another "usbport.sys" driver caused same issue, best to update motherboard and windows usb drivers. Go with windows first then motherboard.
