HDD partition to SSD

I plan on buying a 256 gb ssd and I want to move my C partition with the OS (win 10) and the programs on it (office, drivers etc.), without reinstalling the OS or removing any file from the C partition nor the D partition, where I keep my games photos etc.
I appreciate any help with that.
P.S. The C partition is about 56 gb occupied space out of 194 gb

Do I need to use the clone feature in that program you suggested?
The D is 736 gb 174 free. It is a 1TB HDD of WD

Yeah it was. I hope it will work when I get the SSD, maybe a guide would help.
