AsRock motherboard taking super long time too boot!

Hello, I have a problem with a pc taking extremely long time to start. It sits with the AsRock green text on my screen for ever. This happens once in every 10 or so times I start the pc. The motherboard is a AsRock z77 pro4. Is it only me and should I get it replaced of is it possible to fix the problem.

have you tried resetting cmos? and how are your bios settings for all the hardware, setup properly?

Also can try putting the ram and hard drive in different slots

I fixed it, the better onboard was almost dead, I switched it and now it seems to be fine
