Hello everyone.

I decided to join these forums because I'm having these terrible moments that my FPS drops from 140 to 10, and it's happening A LOT.
The weird thing (to me) is that it only happens while I play games. I've looked up a lot of information about this issue but NONE of the solutions helped me yet.

Honestly. I have no idea how to find specs. I just downloaded a program, and I hope this information is enough.
I also checked the heat of my computer and got this: http://imgur.com/a/8GTnx

Can anyone help me?

Solution
Check your temperatures, it's possible you might be running into thermal throttling on the GPU or CPU. On a system that old, the thermal paste may have dried out and it may need to be reapplied. If everything is caked in dust, that also needs to be cleaned out.
