SSD no longer appears in boot priorities

Hello everyone!

I built my first pc about a month or so ago and everything has been going pretty smoothly up until yesterday.

I woke up and tried turning on my PC and it would either get stuck on a black screen with a blinking cursor or on the windows logo screen. It was even getting stuck on the logo when I was trying to boot from the disc. Finally I got in to the disc and did a startup repair. I then booted my computer back up and everything worked fine. I shut it down and booted it back up just to make sure and it went through fine.

Well I woke up again this morning and the same thing happened. I went into my BIOS and under boot priorities only my HDD and my CD drive appeared. Under the forced boot options however my SSD was there as well so I was able to boot from that (although it get stuck twice again).

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what I should do for this?

Here are my parts:

Thank you everyone

Hey there, VakarianWrex.

I'd suggest that you try the SSD with a different SATA port and cables, to see if the same thing happens. It would be even better if you could try it with a different computer. If you're able to boot to Windows, or you try the SSD with a different computer and it's recognized, I'd recommend that you download an SSD diagnostic tool, so that you can test the drive and see if anything unusual pops-up.
You should also check if there are any available firmware updates for that SSD.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how it goes.
