Help with memory choice please

Trying to decide on memory for budget build, which would be the best option or wouldn't I really notice on system Athlon X4 860k ,Asrock FM2A88M Extreme4+, Evga GTX 950sc
Mushkin Blackline 8gb 1600/ CL9 (2x4) £28.52
Mushkin Blackline 8gb 1600/ CL9 (1x8) £33.13
HyperX fury red 1866/CL10 (1x8) £29.92

Suggestions for a better choice more than welcome

Ok thanks, after reading the write up on memory I still wasn't sure about higher bandwidth Vs the faster access time

Am I correct in thinking that two modules of 4gb doesn't really make any difference, just easier on the motherboard chipset

Ok ,looks like I'll go for the hyperX but will pay a couple of pounds more and get 2 x 4gb , thanks for the advice, need to squeeze as much performance as I can as no doubt my lad will want to run newer games on it even though he knows it's not a top notch build
