Hi,
I just built my new PC (ill list the specs below) and was wondering why my FPS spikes so hard core. I Im playing LoL with an uncapped frame rate ill get max 470Fps but then ill drop down to 200Fps and then spike back up, however the screen jump, i dont get any tearing but in the space of a second ill be in a different spot.
I know that I dont need to be playing at more that 60Fps i just want to know what causes such spikes at and uncapped frame rate.

Mobo: Asus H61M-K
CPU: Core i7 3770 3.4GHz
RAM: Hyper-X Fury 8GB (although my Pc recognizes it as a standard patriot, if someone knows why that is it will be helpful)
GPU: GeForce GTX 960 2GB
OS: Windows 7 Home premium
Monitor: Samsung SE51OC 24" Curve
Im using a HDMI cable

All Drivers are up to date and that is defiantly not the cause.

``I Im playing LoL with an uncapped frame rate ill get max 470Fps but then ill drop down to 200Fps and then spike back up``

i think is normal...its like when you do a benchmark in unigine valley , you can see a fluctuation depending of the screen you see
