Recommended wattage for your PC is 400W. Could probably go lower, say 350W or even 250-300W. But that would be very limiting and could cut the PSU's life short. So if I were you I'd go with 400W +/- 50.

However what I'd look up properly is if you can fit the PSU and card into the PC without issue and changing out the cables considering it's an OEM computer.

When it comes to choosing lower wattage PSU's, please don't. You can go lower wattage if it's a quality one that can handle peak performance for extended periods of time, but then it will cost about as much as a 400W one anyway. Don't risk it with something that could fry your PC.

Good luck.

Thanks for your response
Is there any danger to going too high?
I was thinking of going around 500W, then I can install an SSD at a later date.
Do you know of any good GPUs that are smaller just in case?

There is to my knowledge no harm in going bigger than necessary, however you don't need bigger for SSD's, they are very power efficient so they will have little affect on power consumption.
