PSU and overclocking query

So basically I am installing a new CPU cooler and a new PSU, Currently I have 3x120mm fans, a Corsair carbide spec 01 case, a VS650w PSU, a GTX 970, the i5 4690k 3.5 Ghz and a 1TB HDD all running through my GA-Z9ZP-D3 Gigabyte motherboard.

I am looking at getting a better CPU cooler, I have in mind a Hydro H80i GT 120mm and a PSU upgrade to a EVGA 750w 80+ PSU Bronze.

Will this be suitable?
What is a suitable overclock?
Any suggestions?

It sounds perfect, i have basicly the same system with a "worse" cooler, 4690k@4.5ghz, xfx pro 750w it's completely stable at 1.225v and never exceeds 60C while gaming, max stable OC was at 4.8ghz 1.3v but it was getting a bit hot. If you aim for 4.4-4.5 you'll have very nice temps and 0 bottlenecking for gaming, good luck!
