Add 4gb ram PC not runing. Please HELP

I add new 4gb ram which is same i have in my PC now (4gb too) And when i add it PC will not run Monitor not go. And when i remove that 4gb my PC work fine. But i need 8gb, 4gb are not enought for me. Ram 1 and Ram 2 is the TOTALY SAME so i dont know. Please help me

The old one should come out and go in the same way the new one does. shut down the system either switch off or unplug the psu, remove the old ram stick and put the new one in its place. Either the new stick of ram is doa or it's not going to play nicely with the old ram(why most suggest buying ram in matched sets), even possible one of the dimm slots on the motherboard is bad. Either way we need to test the new stick by itself to determine which is happening.

That i dont test becouse i have to remove the old one and i dont know how to do it without damage Or just shutdown pc and unplug power cable or must remove something else? Help
