I have a microATX ASrock H61M-VG3 P1.60 motherboard with Intel core i3-3220 3.3 GHz 3300 Mhz and i want to add a GTX750TI-PH-2GD5. According to the specs, "no additional PCIe power required".

My question is, for the motherboard I have, is it ok to add a graphics card that is powered by the mobo or should i get one that uses power from the PSU?

The motherboard will provide all of the necessary power for the graphics card. That the graphics card does not require additional power from the power supply just means it will never need more than the (standard) 75 watts that can be provided from the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 slot.
