Hello, I just installed a an ASRock motherboard. One of the things that I am wrestling with is that the Numlock doesn't lock the keyboard in boot. A small issue, but... I am using a Logitech Wireless Keyboard, and Win 10 x64. Home Premium. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I have a Fatal1ty MB, (not yours, FM2A88X+Killer), and am having the same observation. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not you set it up in BIOS --- it seems to default to NUM LOCK OFF.
I am using a MS wireless KB. Not sure what that's about, but it doesn't seem isolated to you.

I found the answer here, in changing the last two digits of the string. It works.
