Concerns:

- Utilize the most of my processor
- Good audio (7.1 if possible)
- at least 3 usb ports
- good for gaming and general stuff XD
- features

Z* versions isn't your target because you're not looking for OC.

So, any H97* will be good, also , check Gigabyte H97M-D3H, i own that mobo and its plenty fine and a lot of USB ports, also, supports 7.1 audio.

Yes, also, if you have in mind to get more ram, you can put it in the mobo, in a first view, B85M-GAMER seems to be a good option, you can go at 32GB in a future, nice number of SATA conectors, also high number of USB.

What is the usage of the system?

Note: i dont know your case, but ASUS mobo is mATX form and MSI H97 PC MATE (for example) is ATX. Check if it fits in your case.

MSI H97M -E35 is also a good mobo, with m-ATX Factor. its a good choice but ASUS motherboards works like a charm, and bettter quality control then MSI mobos.

When i started to see mobos to my build, top mobos what i searched are from ASUS, but here (Argentina) stock is really cut, so, i pick up Gigabyte.

Its your choice, but well, i would keep it.

Neh, you should check if you case can support the mobo form for start (i'm sure its a yes). About chipset well, no, all mobos that you listed are good, and are good in things that maybe another's not, that's the reason i would go for ASUS.

Yup I really like the asus mobo and the features it offers. I was just with a "foot behind" (srry I dont know how to properly say it , Im from portugal) cause of its chipset, I thought that the giganyte could be better due to is more complex chipset.
Btw can this asus mobo support an oc to my gpu unit?

Mobo isn't a factor of much importance when overclocking a GPU. You don't need a particular chipset so, it will be absolutly fine. If you want you can also use MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision X, etc for OC'ing.

PCI-E from CPU is 3.0 , and the mobo also support it.
