Help me choose the best Mobo - ASUS vs MSI

Hey ppl,

I am in research for sometime, for putting together my PC.

I have a great time choosing between Asus z97 Pro Gamer vs MSI z97 Gaming 5.

Asus or MSI which is better in Durability, Performance, Reliability.

My other components (finalised)

1. Intel core i7-4790k.
2. Corsair vengeance pro 2x8gb 2133Mhz.
3. Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 Strix

NOTE : Other MOBO suggestions are also welcomed

Asus has the best BIOs and the design of the boards are top notch. MSI is good too but I prefer ASUS motherboards as I have never had a problem with them and as I mentioned the bios are second to none.
