i clicked get back to 8.1 in windows 10 then when pc is starting im login in and it is black screen i can run task manager but when im creating explorer exe it is just refreshing task manager pls help guys pls fast help

Time for proper reinstall using your recovery medium. Upgrading is easy and error free, downgrading almost always ends up with reinstalling the earlier version.

so i have windows 7 disk reinstall will fix this ? i prefer 7 on 8.1 and 10

No, if you don't know what you're doing, stick to the original OS. You can fix it and return to Win 8.1 by following the instructions at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

i cant do that im installing seven but options driver options is not how can i format disk with cmd ? on the installattion procces

ok i found solution i just somehow got into windows update and updated to windows 10 but now my windows is so slow im doing reset this pc (not factory) then it says do you want to clean drivers what that means ?

Cleaning drivers removes the software that makes your mouse and headphones work, keyboard etc, but dont worry too much, they get installed automatically anyway. Reseting is the best bet, but if you struggle download the file below to get windows 10 on a usb, then use the usb to boot, by changing the boot priority in BIOS. just hit the button it tells you too when you first turn on your computer, should be something like F2 or delete. Then set the boot priority so the usb drive you have windows 10 on is the first priority.

scroll down and choose "download tool now"
Go through the options and ensure that you install to the usb drive- watch out as it will be wiped
