screen freezing up

I have windows 7 and when I am on a page on the internet and I want to do something with the page it freezes and I have to go to task manager to get out of it and start over

Go and do a system restore to the point where it did not happen

Thanks for the info .It did not work . I ended up going into my bios and reloading my restore disc.
