It's my first time building a computer so forgive me if the answer is stupid and simple.

After installing all components I was excited to see that the motherboard as well as all fans and components were receiving power... Until it all turned off and restarted as a constant loop. I have tried all the issues that arise online and it still has the same issue.
A friend stated that it could be that the BIOS switch is flicked the wrong way but I can't find the switch and so highly doubt this is the issue.

List of components:
Corsair cx 430
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Cooler Master RR-H103-22PB-R1
Gigabyte H81M-D2V Intel socket 1150 micro atx motherboard
Intel Pentium g3258 (dual core 3.20ghz, h3 lga-1150)
WD10EZEX blue
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 vengence ddr3 1600MHz CL9 XMP

cx 430 not a good power supply. start with pulling the gpu and seeing if the mb will post fine with just onboard video. if the mb is still is a boot loop. unplug all of the case wires and then see if the mb still loops. you may want to pull the mb and see if it boots fine outside the case with a known good power supply.

Unfortunately not. It loops before any display output is even attempted.

I have 2 sticks of RAM. Both sticks have been attempted individually in both slots with no change to the boot loop.

Unfortunately this is the case. There are bent pins in the socket. Is there an easy way to remedy this issue or will I need a new mother board?
