New, to pc gaming. How good is this build?

I'm very new to gaming pcs and I was wondering how good this would be. What would it be able to play at 1080p 60fps? I don't want to pay too much because it will take a while for me to save up. Please help

Couple things:

1) A "K" CPU without a "Z" motherboard. You'll want a "Z" motherboard if you plan to overclock.
2) Skylake 6th Gen Intel CPUs are out, you know?

Otherwise, good! Nice PSU choice. It won't work with a Haswell CPUs C7 sleep state mode, which lowers power consumption in sleep mode, but that can be disable anyway and doesn't really matter.

You can get an r9 380 on ncixus that comes with a copy of rise of the tomb raider. The offer ends soon though

Most. You won't get max settings though.
