I am looking for a good graphics card to put in my pc. I found that this could run the games I wanted to play. I got curious because I don't know if it will fit in my pc. I have an HP Compaq 6000 Pro Microtower. It seems to be a good graphics card for pretty cheap and was looking in to buying it and would like to know if it would fit before I buy it. Thanks!

I don't know how good the HP oem PSU is. Maybe fine with 320W, if the PSU is good one you are fine, because the PC will draw not more than total 270W, assume you had the q2q 8400 + 8Gb RAM+ HDD/SSD+ blu-ray/DVD+gtx750ti.
I checked your PC spec from http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01865755#AbT1 , it had the 320W BTX format PSU, that may not have enough power for the r7 370 because depends on the hardware in your PC.
1) You have to measure the space for the gpu, the r7 370 dimensions (L x H)= 9.21" x 4.53", like the link to check the space for gpu http://www.adventcomputers.co.uk/sites/default/files/styles/large/public/body-images/supp_graphics1.jpg
2) Because the PSU is not the standard ATX format, if it can't power the r7 370, then you have to buy other 450W BTX format PSU for the r7 370. By the way you need one 6-pin pcie power cable for the r7 370, check your PSU to see it has or not.
Otherwise may buy the lower power consumption gpu.

Would you reccomend me get a different gpu or find a better power supply? I am trying to find a graphics card that can handle games like fallout 4 and the new star wars battlefront.

You can use 2GB gtx750ti with that 320W PSU, if the gtx750ti can fit into the case. You will get lower fps for fallout4 and the star wars battlefront at 1080p with ultra setting, because we recommend to play the games at least with 40fps. So you can get higher fps in other setting, but I don't know what exactly fps you will get. Sorry.
The games review:
Fallout 4 http://www.techspot.com/review/1089-fallout-4-benchmarks/page2.html
star wars battlefront http://www.techspot.com/review/1096-star-wars-battlefront-benchmarks/

For the pre-built OEM PC, you usually will get similar problem ( the PSU + the GPU) when you try to upgrade the pc for games, because they use the low wattage PSU.

Well I dont have to play the games in ultra settings but i also dont want to play the game in crappy quality either. I want a graphics card that isnt expensive and can run both star wars battlefront and fallout 4 in medium graphics and get about 40-60 fps. If you wouldnt mind me asking another question. Do you think my processor would be able to handle it? Intel(R) Core 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00 GHz

Okay do you know if that is compatible with my motherboard. I know a little about computers but i still haven't figured out what the ddr3,4,5 mean. I have heard that it affects what you can put in your pc.

The GDDR5 is for GPU memory, more info https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GDDR5_SDRAM.
Your pc has the Q43 chipset, that comes with the pcie1.1X16 slot. And the pcie3.0 will be backward compatible to pcie2.0, even the pcie1.1 version, but you are better to download the BIOS in case the PC will not recognize the gtx750ti, because when you add the new hardware if the PC does not have the newer BIOS sometime the PC ( motherboard) will not recognize the new hardware.
You can check your pc has which version BIOS, here is how to http://www.wikihow.com/Check-BIOS-Version
And here is the BIOS for download http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=4023722&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4060

If you have problem when you get the gtx750ti, * you maybe fine because usually as long as your MB has the BIOS after 2010, you are fine* so check the BIOS version, and if you do have problem, and don't feel comfortable to update the BIOS, you may ask your friend for help or go to local pc shop. Because if you don't do it right, you may kill your PC.

There are many types of the gtx 750ti. Which type do you reccomend me get? (Ex:Asus,EVGA,Gigabyte, etc.) There are also many types in each category like the EVGA FTW version.

You also want to pick one that doesn't require a PCIe cable from the PSU. Some 750Ti models do require this cable but I'm not sure if your power supply has one available or not.

The 750Ti models that don't require a PCie 6 pin cable will run in your system.

Should I look for anything special that would tell me that it would guranteed fit in my pc? I will have to measure it later. Is there any other thing besides pcie cable that i need to look at before i buy? Any graphics card will fit as long as its the same length height and width of the spot and dont require a pcie cable? Would you reccomend me get DDR3 or DDR5

Ok well thanks for all your help and if you wouldn't mind you seem to have alot of computer knowledge. Can you send me a link to the one you would buy if you were buying one? Please and thank you. Cin19 you've been alot of help. P.S. is it better to have a dual fan or single fan?

Usually we use the http://pcpartpicker.com to find the deal, I don't know where you are, if you are in USA, recommend to buy from newegg, also microcenter, amazon, ncixus, etc. If you are in other countries then check out guide for International users http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1643019/guide-international-users-links-part-stores.html And by the way, the http://pcpartpicker.com has other countries too, like Australia, Canada, UK, etc. You can choose it from the upper right-hand corner.
Dual fans is better than the single fan, because it has the better cooling performance. If your PSU don't have one ( the 6 pin pcie power cable, for gtx750ti ) you can buy the adapter ( connect to the PSU 4 pin molex) like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812423174 also some of the GPU will come with one, check it out before you buy the adapter.
If your PSU don't have enough the 4 pin molex and the 6 pin pcie power cable, and your GPU need the pice power cable, then you know you need buy other PSU, or like other member said buy the one w/o the pice power connector.
