Ultra ISO or Rufus can't detect My DVD R Player

Hello this is my first thread, forgive me if i do wrong and pardon my English

So this my Problem

I Try to Burn OS Image .iso into DVD use Ultra ISO but when i try to do that ultra iso can't detect my DVD, here the screenshoot :

I try with Rufus but same problem

Since when did rufus burn anything to a dvd? It extracts ISO's to a flash drive. It doesnt burn to DVD

What's that 1 TB showing in Rufus?? Is it a hard drive? Or a flash drive

Look in the dvd's properties in device manager, double click on it. Does it say error 19 or that it's working properly?

ow so rufus cant burn to DVD but Ultra ISO can isn't it ?
It's My External Hard Drive

Rufus isnt for dvd or cd writers. It's for flash drives. So if you add the hdd to it, it'll format it.

Thats what it'll do to flash drives, before it extracts an ISO to it

Ultraiso should work. Look in device manager as I posted above. What does it say

I use Blank DVD
Its ISO file for OS WINDOWS XP 3 its 625 MB
I Try to make bootable DVD
