I bought a new mouse which began installing and i left for a little bit while it installed its drivers but when i came back my computer was on blue screen. From there i have opened my rig and tried to restart it multiple times and booting from the BIOS but when it boots it just stays stagnate on the windows logo loading screen. All ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

try pressing F8 before going to loading screen then go to "last known good configuration" press enter. see how that works out.

probably a driver is damaged. try booting into safe mode and uninstall all the drivers including video drivers. then boot back into normal windows.
