Business Network Setup Issues (Gateway/Hardware)

I can't get my head round setting up this new network, been at it for a few days now with no luck, I am pretty much a complete beginner when it comes to networking further than plug and play hardware, the setup I currently have is,

2 ISPs
Cisco 2921 Router & BT business Hub 2 (router)
connected to a unmanaged network switch
(TP-Link TL-SG1024D Gigabit switch)
then connected directly to PCs and a wireless router (Netis WF2419D)

I am currently switching the ISP from BT to Virgin, I have configured the Netis router with an IP and default gateway and that works fine through the Virgin ISP but if I unplug the BT router from the switch all the PCs connected to the switch (not including the ones that are connected through WiFi to the Netis router) cannot connect to the internet and windows says the LAN does not have a valid IP config & the default gateway is not available.

I want to get all my PCs to use the Virgin ISP (Cisco router).
Do I need to buy a managed network switch to solve this? or am I missing something?

Solution
If you have both the Cisco and the BT Hub connected to an unmanaged switch the clients are getting confused on what the DHCP is pointing to. What you need to do, to switch is start by plugging ONE computer into directly into the 2921 and getting it working. Then power off the switch and plug the CISCO into it. Power on the switch, all the devices connected to the switch will request new DHCP configs from the Cisco. That should accomplish the swap over.

It seems I can't even get a single PC working, while it is directly connected to the Cisco, it just has the status as an unidentified network and troubleshoot throws out the "does not have a valid IP configuration" error.

It sounds like the Cisco doesn't have have the DHCP server enabled or something in the DHCP config is not correct.

Virgin Media provided the Cisco as part of the managed line so I can't even get into the settings but after going through a couple levels of the technical support they told me that their hardware does not support DHCP, so by the looks of it I'm going to have to get a firewall with DHCP between the Cisco and the switch. Well the unexpected costs are mounting up....
Maybe its just my lack of knowledge but I was expecting them to get the service up and ready for that sort of price.

Appreciate the help Kanewolf.
