Left click in game makes screen flash

Im not good in computers what do you mean my entire system configuration, and all i do is I open the game normally 2 left clicks it's loading but once in game whenever im moving or just clicking LEFT click ONLY it's flashes and like flickers. It's extremely annoying.

So far the games i been playing like, Unturned, Smite, CS:GO, but when i play Guild Wars 2 it doesn't happen, idk why. And yes that is my pc the exact same one

ffg7 i told you it doesn't happen in GW2 and idk how to find that, i haven't changed any of that so i doubt it can happen, but it started after i changed the settings for the 2 games Unturned and Smite in OBS but i uninstall and still happens in CS:GO so idk. I checked all my drivers they're up to date.

Ok so i got an update, Apparently my screen ONLY flashes if the games are run on Window Mode, Window Borderless etc.. Because Unturned Full screen is window borderless. On WINDOW when i click the icon on the bottom like it repeats the image. Like if im trying to open it over and over but it moves left and right the image. I hope i explained it good enough to understand. I checked all my drivers they are good my cable isn't it. Thanks. Please tell me how i can fix this.
