I have a new XFX R9 280x Black OC Edition but as soon as i install with the cd or amd website updated drivers, the screen started flickering when browsing a website or system folder. I updated the drivers and the GPU bios for the serial and type of the XFX GPU and the flickering stopped but now all the games, full screen videos and benchmark's crash and i have to restart the computer to use it again. i even try a new windows installation with a complete HDD format and to adjust the clock speed with the MSI afterburner but still all games and benchmark's crash.
please help....

Graphic: XFX AMD Radeon R9 280X TDBD (Tahiti) 3GB - with bios update to: 015.044.000.010.000000
Power: Thermaltake TR2 RX 750W
OS: Windows 7 ultimate X64
