Randomly started getting low FPS

Starting about 2 weeks ago my FPS has dropped drastically in CS:GO. I used to get a constant 250-350 in 5v5 competitive, but now I am getting 150-250 for some reason. I recently moved my desktop from the basement to the main floor and it could have been around that time the FPS drops started happening but it's hard for me to pin point the exact date when the issues started. It's not like I threw it down and up the stairs or anything, so I can't see how walking up a flight of stairs could have ruined any of the innards of my PC. My CPU and GPU are almost brand new and I would hate for either of them to be the culprit. I haven't changed anything in my CS:GO settings or nvidia settings, it was literally just completely random when the drops in FPS happened. The only thing that is old in my PC is my PSU but I can't see that ever being an issue involving FPS drops. Here are my PC specs:

Motherboard:
ASUS Z97-A
CPU:
Intel i5 4690k (CPU Core Volt: 1.24, Ratio Limit: 44, Min.: 35, Max.: 35)
CPU Cooler:
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (Idles at 35 degrees, and rarely goes over 50 under heavy load)
Memory:
8GB
Video Card:
GeForce GTX 750 Ti (never goes over 35 degrees)

And before any of you say "if you're getting over 144 FPS on a 144hz monitor it doesn't matter because you can't see more than 144 frames per second" then please don't bother answering, plus that doesn't even matter, what matters is my PC for some reason is performing worse than it was 2 weeks ago.

Oh yeah and I already tried reformatting, it fixed nothing.
