Here are my specs:
AMD FX-4350
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
MSI 760GMAP34 Motherboard
EVGA 600W Power Supply
Cooler Master N200 Micro-ATX

I currently have a very old PNY GT 610. It can run Minecraft just fine, along with most Source Engine games, but as far as Warface and Planetside 2 are concerned, I can barely play them because I have to go to ludicrously low resolutions to get 60fps on low. I want to be able to play those games at 1080p 60fps on at least Medium. I currently have 90 dollars, but if I'm lucky, I'll have 120-130 soon. I was thinking of getting the Zotac GTX 750Ti, or a GTX 650, but I'm not sure if 1.08GHz on 2GB of GDDR5 will do the trick. Any Suggestions?

GTX 950. MSI version was $120 for a few months, but is back up to $140. Watch for it to dip again. Otherwise, your best choice is a GTX 750 Ti. Should be able to find one for ~$100 new, ASUS version is with rebate (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121855&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=). But, you really should save up the extra $10 and get the 950, it is much more powerful.

Update: Just saw Gingerbread's answer, and that's the one I was talking about. Used to be a better deal though. It's now almost as expensive as the EVGA ACX 2.0+ OC version though, so you should just get that.

If you are talking new cards, then it will probably be the R7 370 (with mail in rebates I seen it for $110).

If you bump your budget up to $140, then its the GTX 950 (this is including mail in rebates).
