Do I have the best overclocking chip in history? (i5 6600k)

Decided to start overclocking my chip yesterday, and long story short I managed a 4.6ghz overclock on my 6600k with just 1.3V vcore- during stress testing, which usually draw more power than normal (especially with my adaptive voltage setting that goes to 0.8V at idle).

I don't have a discreet gpu as my R9 390 is being RMA'd (it's a new build).

Am I doing something wrong? Is there any dodgy sensors? I've seen people on the internet with 1.35V and claiming that's good.

Temps are 64 C with Prime95 (max package temp.) and I'm using a Hyper 212 Evo, with a MSI Gaming M5 mobo, and the overclock has been verified for 2 hours with Aida64.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Stress tests are all very well, but IMHO you should just use the PC normally for a week, and if it doesn't crash, then you are fine.
