i7-3630QM Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz) Turbo missing in BIOS?

Hey folks, so on my Alienware 17x R4, that I was given; I see it has the turbo option when I look it up online, but I cant find the BIOS option to turn it on. I'm running the a11 version for anyone that knows what I'm talking about, the latest driver on Dell's site.

How can I activate it if I dont have the option?

Should be on by default. It will boost speeds to varying levels from its stock clocks based on the demand on 1,2,3, or 4 cores.

Nothing in the BIOS on my HP Elitebook w/ i7-2820QM either.
