If the video card got yanked out, issue is likely a bad video card or a bad slot, this is exactly why we ask for details LOL, the fact that the card got pulled out is pretty important. Try the other PCIe 16x slot. If that does not work, test the video card in another system. You may have some warranty on the shipping, check things out and if it turns out motherboard and/or video card are damaged you should be able to file a claim, although it may be tough to get the money since it would be pretty much impossible to say if you just had the card too lose in the case or if the shipping company did not handle the box well. Was there any damage or dents in the box? Did you take any pictures if there were?[/quote
yeah the video card got slightly yanked out, being that my parents shipped it back to me across the state. the computer was working perfectly fine before , i can watch youtube videos 1080p 60fps and do pretty much anything.
i tried the other pci slot but still the same ,at the moment im typing this im going to try it again .
i dont really have another system to test it on , but im thinking its the pci slot it says something about it being unplugged but i dont know how to fix it. i did take pictures of the card when it was loose . the card looks like nothings broken.
i work at fedex man and trust me handle boxes well is out of the question. im gonna talk to my manager and see what i can do because for some reason my sister put declared value a 100 wtf
