Aus Vivotab Note 8 stuck in recovery loop.

A friend of mine accidentally deleted his "Primary" partition on his Vivotab and it stuck in a recovery loop. The error Code is: 0xc0000034. We tried creating a bootable windows 8.1 usb key and connecting it to a hub and keyboard to no success. the tablet says to press the windows button to access the UEFI Firmware settings. Does anyone have a solution or ideas? Thanks a lot

EDIT: We have managed to fix it. You need a usb hub, to connect the USB keyboard and the usb key for installing the OS.
1. Press the power button for a second and briefly let go and press power and volume up button until an hour glass appears. it will then start the installation procedure. fore more into please follow any of these tutorials below!
