Does having more hard drives draw more voltage?

Just another noob question. I know adding peripherals/cards will increase the wattage drawn from your PSU, and that wattage = amperage * voltage. So is it just the amperage that increases when you draw more power from your PSU? Will the PSU always supply the same amount of voltage from each rail?

Hope this question makes sense.

Solution
Not all PSUS have more than one rail. Multiple rails isn't necessarily a good thing.
PSU has 3.3v, 5v and 12v IIRC for peripherals. Every voltage has a max value you can draw from PSU. Should say on the side of the PSU. As long as you don't reach that number of Watts, you'll be fine.
