A little bit of corn got into my PC(homebuilt) and now my pc won't turn on.

I was eating a plate of food with corn on it, and I accidentally flipped the plate. A little bit of corn got into my PC(homebuilt) and now my pc won't turn on.
So, I was messing around with my PC a bit and whenever I unplug my GPU from my power supply, it turns on perfectly fine. Is this a GPU problem or a power supply problem?

Water damage I'm guessing (or corn juice damage). What happened when the corn hit the PC? Was it on? And wasn't the PC in the case to protect it?

For starters, unplug your PC, open it up, and clean away.

Yes, The PC was on. After about three seconds it turned off. And the side of my case was off sadly. The majority of the corn was on the top, but the top of the case is patterned wiht many holes to allow ventilation(I assume)

Update: Tried turning on my PC, the white indicator light behind the power button flashed and then died. Also, a green LED on my motherboard is lit.
