What board for over clocking?

Hey guys I have an AMD FX-8350 and 2 GTX 970's (blower style) I wanna over clock them. For cooling I have a Corsair H100i GTX. I Wanna try to get the CPU to 4.5-4.7 GHz stable. My price range is $150-$200 USD, I was thinking about going with the MSI 990FXA Gaming but I've read That is only 6+2(idk what this is). now im new to O/C so I dont really now how to pick a good board and what all the factors are. So if you could please help thanks.

I have an EVGA 850W Gold, also will the GPU's be touching or will there be some space between them?
