So, I have been searching for O.K. pc parts and I was wondering if these were good parts, wondering if there will be any bottlenecking, and if they are compatible.

Memory: 4x4gb (will add what type soon)
MB: MSI Z87 Gaming
GPU: msi-video-card-n750titf2gd5oc

CPU: Has well dual core 3.3gz

Storage: 2x 500gb Seagate barracuda
Power Supply: Lepa 500w or something like that
And I'm pretty sure that's it. And I can provide more info if needed.

What's your budget?

1) You don't need 16GB for gaming unless you're doing 4K, and you're not exactly going to achieve 4K gaming with that GPU...
2) Only 2 cores? You'll have some trouble with new games that block 2 cores.
3) Don't get that LEPA PSU. It's a safety issue more than an economic one.

I mean first off, the ram. I'm getting it for about 100 dollars, and relatively good cards. Second I don't plan on playing the really new games anytime soon... well at least on the pc. Third what's the main issue with a Lepa psu? Because iv had this one for about a year and used it on an older pc and it was fine

$100 for DDR3? You can find 16GB for cheaper than that. Much cheaper. A good 16GB of RAM costs ~$64 for DDR3. You're paying way too much. As for the LEPA PSU, it's going to ripple your components out of their life, and it's also known to burn up. Many low-ended companies decide to overrate their PSU, and what results are good 200W PSUs rated up to 500W. It's a safety hazard.
