Faulty display port Sapphire r9 390

Hello Friends,

I recently purchased Sapphire r9 390, it has 3 display ports 1 hdmi and 1 DVI.
All ports on the card are working fine except one display one.
When I connect to this port my monitor randomly goes off for few seconds and comes back.

Has anyone of you faced similar issue?

I am going to starting the RMA process.

Suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, Yes all other ports are working fine also tested with another screen.

The first display port from top edge of the card is not working.
